The derMICOS active cleanser is formulated at pH 4.0 – 4.5, suitable for rebalancing the skin's pH, when altered, towards physiological values, improving the functionality and natural defenses of the epidermis, particularly in subjects with mature skin or skin that is not in perfect health.

Antiseptic action on the skin

Thanks to the presence of the Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate and Triethyl Citrate complex at 0.5% which acts against athlete's foot (Tinea Pedis) and nail infections.
